2. Products & Orders
We make every effort to describe and price our products accurately, but errors may occur.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be received before an order is shipped.
3. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe and other accepted methods displayed at checkout.
Wholesale and tax-exempt customers must provide valid certificates before checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but shipping times may vary.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
Return window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Process: To initiate a return, email us at james@northwoodstapping.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at james@northwoodstapping.com within 15 days of the charge. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment by emailing us at james@northwoodstapping.com.
Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies instead.

From time to time, we may run promotions or discounts.
Terms and conditions of promotions will be clearly displayed at the time of the offer.
8. Legal & Export Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States.
Customers are responsible for compliance with any local import, tax, or usage restrictions.
9. Tax Exemption
Certain maple tapping supplies may qualify for exemption under Wisconsin law.
To claim exemption, customers must submit a valid Wisconsin S-211 form or exemption certificate.
If a certificate is invalid or incomplete, sales tax will be charged.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products, shipping delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
